Meridian, our Wildlife Exclusion Technicians focus on prevention and versatility. This is a
hybrid role—when you’re not assigned to exclusion installation projects and you will be fully trained and work as a
Wildlife Removal Technician in your home market. That means steady work, broader skills, and more opportunities to grow.

Key Responsibilities
What You Will Do
- Install bird exclusion systems including netting, wire, spikes, and structural deterrents.
- Perform exclusion work at commercial retail, grocery, and big box locations.
- Work at heights using ladders, lifts, and required safety equipment.
- When not assigned to exclusion projects, perform bird removal services.
- Follow all safety protocols, quality standards, and company procedures.
- Read work orders, site plans, and installation specifications.
- Communicate clearly with supervisors, teammates, and customers.
- Document completed work and site conditions accurately.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and vehicles in safe working condition.
- Represent Meridian professionally on all customer sites.

Schedule
- Full-Time Role
- Schedule may include early mornings, nights, or weekends depending on customer needs and project schedules.
- Nationwide Travel 60% - 70%
- Exclusion projects involve scheduled nationwide travel with overnight stays, generally limited to one-week project assignments.
- Travel is organized in advance and balanced with home-market work between projects.

Location Requirement
- Position supports commercial locations nationwide for exclusions and within the assigned region for bird removal.
- Must be willing to travel nationwide for exclusion projects.
- Must be will to travel for bird removal work within your regional market.
