Job Summary
Volare Health is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to transform raw data into meaningful insights that support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will collect, process, visualize, and analyze data to identify trends, improve operational efficiency, and support business growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources
- Develop dashboards and matrix visual reports using Power BI
- Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for operational improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs (Finance, Clinical, Ops, etc.)
- Build and maintain data models to support forecasting and performance tracking
- Maintain data integrity and ensure compliance with data governance standards
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear, actionable format
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Finance, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Strong skills in SQL and DAX
- Experience building data visualizations with Power BI
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
Preferred Experience
- Familiarity with cloud data platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
- Experience working with ERP or accounting systems
- Knowledge of financial or operational reporting
- Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric or Power Automate
