ECS are seeking a Full Stack Developer to develop, maintain, and enhance Digital Rights Management Operations (DRMO) solutions within an ICAM/UC environment. The ideal candidate will have strong Java development expertise, experience in DRM solutions and familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), digital rights security, and automation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain Digital Rights Management (DRM) solutions to manage access to protected digital assets.
- Write, test, and deploy Java-based DRM functionalities across various platforms.
- Collaborate with security teams, system architects, and developers to integrate DRMO solutions into broader IT infrastructures.
- Assist the Adobe Consulting team in building custom applications integrated with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Document Security.
- Support and enhance Java web applications related to digital rights enforcement, access control, and document security.
- Automate Information Rights Management (IRM) workflows, including encryption, document expiration policies, and compliance enforcement.
- Develop integrations between DRM solutions and ICAM systems for identity-based access control.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot DRM-related technical issues, and optimize DRMO operations.
- Document development processes, system configurations, and security policies for future reference.
- Troubleshoot Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) with back-end systems and databases in different environments.
Salary Range: $141,771 - $181,241

Qualifications
- 5-7+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on DRM technologies.
- Strong Java development skills, with experience in back-end Java web application development, and JBoss.
- Proficiency in DRM solutions, including Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Acrobat Security, and Adobe Experience Cloud.
- Knowledge of identity and access management (ICAM) solutions, authentication mechanisms, and encryption protocols.
- Experience with API integration and automation for DRM/IRM processes.
- Familiarity with security compliance frameworks (NIST, FISMA, FedRAMP, etc.).
- Experience working with Adobe DRM solutions and associated APIs.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or within a team.
