The Lloydminster and District Co-op Marketplace Grocery Department is currently recruiting for a Full Time Delivery Driver.
Essential Functions of the Job:
In coordination with the Grocery Manager the delivery driver must deliver a wide variety of items to different addresses and through different routes to our customers.
Must be able to follow a time schedule.
Load, unload, prepare, inspect and operate the delivery vehicle.
Notify department manager of any repairs necessary on the delivery vehicle.
Collect payments.
Complete driving log.
Follow DOT regulations and safety standards.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSA’s):
Knowledge of grocery programs/procedures
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Problem solving and analytical skills
Basic math skills
Able to lift up to 50+ lbs.
Education and Experience:
Grade 12 or equivalent
Must have a valid Class 5 license
Must produce a drivers abstract with a clean driving record
