The Lloydminster and District Co-op Marketplace Grocery Department is currently recruiting for a Full Time Grocery Clerk.
Essential Functions of the Job:
Provide prompt and outstanding courteous customer service to customers by providing product information and location of goods in the store at all times.
Pack grocery orders efficiently, according to company expectations.
Provide efficient and courteous car service as required.
Keep supply of available carts to maximum by returning carts to the store.
Verify prices on goods for cashiers, quickly and efficiently.
Responsible for filling shelves with the many products that the grocery department carries.
Maintain a continued supply of stock in the grocery department and to ensure cleanliness and a neat, tidy display of goods in the department.
Assist in display and facing of merchandise.
Notify the Department Manager/Supervisor of out of stock items.
Perform general housekeeping and sanitation duties as per Association standards.
Maintain a constant alert against unauthorized removal of merchandise.
Observe safety measures and report hazardous conditions immediately to the Department Manager.
Other duties as assigned.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Able to lift up to 50lbs
Education and Experience:
Previous experience in a grocery department is an asset
