- Coaching and developing team members, vendors, agencies, and brand ambassadors to foster a collaborative, accountable culture and deliver polished, high-impact onsite experiences
- Setting KPI frameworks (e.g., attendance, engagement, lead capture, brand lift), producing impact reports and debriefs, and codifying learnings into future playbooks)
What You’ll Bring to the Team:
- 7-10+ years of experience in experiential marketing, community engagement, events, partnerships, or brand activations
- Strategic event planning, experience design, and production leadership skills
- Experience building playbooks and scalable templates; strong familiarity with collateral, signage, and merchandise planning
- Strong proficiency with digital tools for project tracking, communication, budgeting, and reporting; data-informed approach to measuring impact
- Strong stakeholder management and the ability to align cross-functional teams toward clear objectives and quality standards
- Working knowledge of accessibility and inclusive event practices, sustainability considerations, and community-first engagement
- An ability to quickly source expertise (agencies, event professionals), secure high‑quality partners, stay connected to industry best practices, and bring forward innovative approaches to community engagement and experiential marketing
- Proven people‑management experience, including leading high‑performing teams, setting clear expectations, providing constructive feedback, and supporting career growth - while fostering a supportive, inclusive, and accountable team culture
