Role Overview
You will manage the day-to-day handling of Frive’s organic social accounts, ensuring content is published accurately, on time, and optimised per platform.
This role is operational and detail-oriented. You will take content once it has been delivered and manage the process from final asset to live post, including formatting, uploading, scheduling, caption input, and community management.
Responsibilities
Channel Management & Publishing
Manage day-to-day publishing across all organic social platforms
Set, schedule, and upload content according to content calendar
Ensure platform-native optimisation (thumbnails, tags, link placement, etc.)
Quality check all posts before publishing
Maintain organised content libraries and scheduling systems
Stay on top of platform best practices and AI tools that improve publishing efficiency and workflow
Monitor post performance in real time and flag relevant conversations or opportunities
Community Management
Monitor comments and DMs daily (in partnership with our CS team)
Escalate sensitive queries appropriately
Flag trends, FAQs, or recurring feedback
Performance Tracking & Reporting
Track core platform metrics weekly and circulate results
Flag posts performing above or below benchmarks for review
Maintain reporting dashboards
This role ensures strategy and creative are executed flawlessly at platform level.
About you
1-3 years’ experience in social media
Deep familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn platform mechanics
Extremely detail-oriented
Comfortable working behind the scenes
Clear written communication skills
Interested in brand-building and content ecosystems
