Industrial Engineering Intern - Inflators Division, Brasov

Autoliv's primary goal is to Save More Lives. Our products never get a second chance. We are working to increase vehicle safety by developing seat belts, airbags, and steering wheels, and you can be part of our team as an Industrial Engineering Intern in the Inflators Division in Brasov.

Job responsibilities:

• Participates in the launch or transfer of production lines;

• Contribute to the respect for product quality and safety regulations;

• Participates in continuous improvement on the line;

• Reduction of the line’s specifications in accordance with the Autoliv manufacturing process specifications and Autoliv standards;

• Take part in the creation of the PFMEA;

• Monitoring the supplier's activity for achieving the quality and deadlines;

• Take part in the line validation before the start of production;

• Creation of line documentation;

• Support the production department on line rump up by training the operators, line leaders, and technicians.

Experience:

• Basic knowledge of mechanics and automated processes;

• Basic knowledge of electricity;

• Basic knowledge of process performance analysis can be an advantage

• Experience in process engineering on automated lines can be an advantage.

Personal skills:

• Working knowledge of English;

• Team-oriented;
