Job Title: Internship

Department: Operations / TMG
Location: SWKS Chupei Office
Duration: 3–6 months, full-time

Responsibilities

• Learn and apply basic MRP/ERP system functions (SAP) under supervision to support planning activities
• Assist in data collection, entry, and analysis for inventory tracking, demand forecasts, and production performance metrics
• Help prepare reports and visual dashboards (using Excel or Power BI) for weekly planning meetings
• Participate in cross-functional coordination with procurement, warehouse, and manufacturing teams to track material availability and delivery status
• Contribute to continuous improvement projects, such as reducing planning lead times or improving data accuracy
• Attend team meetings and S&OP preparation sessions to gain exposure to end-to-end supply chain operations

Required Experience and Skills

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor degree in Engineering (e.g., Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, or Manufacturing Engineering), Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g, VLOOKUP, pivot tables); experience with Power BI, Python, or SQL is a plus
• Eagerness to learn about manufacturing operations, supply chain planning, and ERP systems
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Fluent in English and Mandarin 
• Available for at least 3 months; able to work on-site during business hours
