As a Sky Service Cards - RM-Sky Channel-Contact Centre Inbound executive, you will be the face of our bank, representing us to our customers. Your primary focus will be to provide exceptional customer support, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and offering assistance to ensure a smooth and positive customer journey.
- Handle inbound calls and provide prompt and accurate assistance to customers.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times, representing the bank's brand and values.
- Stay updated with the latest product and service offerings to provide accurate information to customers.

- A high school diploma or equivalent qualification is required.
- Prior experience in a customer support role, preferably in a banking or financial services environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
