Production Support Activities / AI Solutions Resolutions (using AI tools)
Using AI tools to analyze and understand legacy on-prem and cloud products
Accelerating new product development using AI-assisted engineering and automation
Embedding AI capabilities into core product modules (Inventory, Service, CRM, Analytics, Migration)
This is a cross-functional leadership role combining product intelligence, engineering acceleration, data science thinking, and AI toolchain expertise.
1. AI-Driven Legacy Product Understanding
• Use AI code analysis tools to reverse-engineer existing on-prem and cloud systems
• Generate system requirements documentation, architecture diagrams, and dependency maps using AI
• Build AI-assisted schema discovery and data mapping models
• Identify modernization opportunities using pattern detection and technical debt analysis
2. AI-Accelerated Product Development
Establish AI-assisted development workflows across engineering teams
Drive AI-powered code generation, test case generation, and documentation automation
Implement AI copilots for backend, frontend, database and DevOps pipelines
Enable automated regression testing using AI
Establish AI prompt libraries and reusable automation templates
Support roadmap prioritization using AI-driven scenario modeling
Required Qualifications
Education
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field
Experience
• 10+ years in software engineering / architecture / data platforms
• 2+ years hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools
• Experience working across product and engineering

• LLM-based toolchains and prompt engineering
