About this role?Supporting clients with system implementation for US payroll.
?Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements related to payroll processes, tax regulations, compliance requirements, and system functionalities.
?Investigate and resolve payroll-related issues, discrepancies, and system errors in a timely and efficient manner
?Stay abreast of changes in payroll regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements, and ensure that payroll systems and processes remain up-to-date and compliant.
?Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of payroll processes, configurations, and system functionalities for reference and audit purposes.
?Provide training and knowledge transfer sessions to end-users and stakeholders to ensure smooth adoption of new payroll systems and processes.
?Develop and execute test plans to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and reliability of payroll systems and related processes.
?Configure and customize payroll systems to accommodate unique organizational needs, including payroll calculations, tax setups, deductions, and benefits administration

Qualifications
?Minimum 3 years of experience working in a client service/customer service environment.
?Knowledge about US payroll in relation to the implementation of a payroll solution
?Knowledge, understanding and relevant practical experience of the payroll lifecycle
?Excellent communication skills and client ? facing experience
?Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment?
