About this roleKey Responsibilities:
Agile Project Management:
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives).
Ensure teams follow Agile principles and practices effectively.
Remove impediments and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Project Planning & Execution:
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed to meet objectives.
Stakeholder Communication:
Act as a liaison between engineering teams, product owners, and business stakeholders.
Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and dependencies.
Manage expectations and ensure transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
Team Coordination & Leadership:
Support multiple Scrum teams across different product lines or initiatives.
Encourage collaboration, accountability, and ownership within teams.
Mentor team members on Agile best practices and project delivery.
Risk & Issue Management:
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Resolve conflicts and escalate issues when necessary. ##LI-DNI
Qualifications
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (Masters preferred).
5+ years of experience in project management, with at least 2 years in Agile/Scrum environments.
Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-ACP, or equivalent Agile certification.
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Trello, or similar.
