Focus on applying efficient and agile design approaches to develop innovative, engaging learning solutions, using ADP learning design standards and tools, to meet the learning needs of ADP associates and clients. Act as mentor to other team members. ##LI-DNI Qualifications 5+ years of experience in instructional development, adult learning theory, and/or technical writing. Other skills: * Advanced experience using eLearning tools such as Captivate, Articulate 360, TechSmith Camtasia, TechSmith SnagIt, Audacity, and Vyond. Technical aptitude to quickly learn new development tools. * Experience with some Graphic Design * Experience using a Learning Management System (i.e., Litmos) * Experience with Programming fundamentals: HTML, CSS or JavaScript, BBcode * Comfort with browser consoles, troubleshooting JQuery commands
