Key responsibilities include supporting strategic workforce planning, managing FTE and recruitment insights, contributing to multi‑year operating plans, and driving budgeting, reporting, and cost management activities. Specific Business Unit Accountability
Supports the Business Performance & Insights Lead
Provides insights and analysis regarding workforce planning, cost management, data quality, and other relevant areas within Business Performance & Insights for the Commercial CIO.
Support the CIO Business Performance & Insights team ensure a strong and fully integrated partnership service throughout all deliverables.
Cultivates relationships with internal stakeholders, functioning as a business partner.
Supports the CIO in strategic workforce planning with a focus on data-driven insights and financial analysis. Key responsibilities include managing FTE and recruitment, shaping organisational structure, overseeing multi-year operating plans, and delivering cost management, budgeting, and reporting to inform strategic decisions.
Provides CIO Specific engagement as required.

Experience, Qualifications & Certifications
Diploma or Degree in a business, financial, technology, data analytics field or relevant experience
Experience / knowledge in Excel, PowerBI, financial planning/management
Coding knowledge/experience would be desirable
