As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our Banking projects. Your responsibilities will include working closely with cross-functional teams and project sponsors to define project scope, deliverables, and resources. You will manage program teams, coordinate initiatives, and ensure optimal return on investment. Additionally, you will identify key requirements, develop project budgets, and analyze risks to produce comprehensive program reports.

- Manage program and project teams, ensuring efficient coordination and delegation of cross-project initiatives.
- Identify and communicate key requirements for cross-functional teams and external vendors.
- Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring alignment with established business goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with other program managers to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects within the department.
- Analyze and evaluate program risks, implementing strategies to mitigate and overcome challenges.
- Produce comprehensive program reports for managers and stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations.
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration among team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in the Banking domain, with a proven track record of successful project management.
- Experience managing a team of at least 50 members, demonstrating strong leadership and people management skills.
- Proficient understanding of project financials, including budgeting, cost management, and financial analysis.
- Technical background in .Net, Fullstack, Azure, Testing, Automation, and AI, with hands-on experience in these technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of identifying and resolving complex issues.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery.
- Willingness to work from the office for 4 days a week, with flexibility to adapt to changing project demands.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, Prince2) are highly desirable.
