Nova 401(k) Associates is a vibrant third party non-producing administration firm looking to fill fully remote Senior Defined Contribution Account Manager positions. The role focuses on maintaining client relationships, managing complex plans, and providing superior client service in a collaborative team environment.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain client and advisor relationships with a high active client retention rate
- Maintain a caseload of more complicated plans
- Perform escalated work product review for other team members
- Manage and prioritize your workload towards weekly goals in a results-oriented team environment
- Exemplify superior client service and the ability to consult with clients regarding plan operation and design
- Proactively communicate with clients and investment advisors about new industry developments
- Work with other Nova departments, record-keepers, and advisors to ensure a great client experience
- Perform work according to Nova policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Ten or more years of 401(k) plan administration experience
- NIPA or ASPPA credentials
- College degree
- Superior knowledge of ADP/ACP, 415, 410(b), Top Heavy and 401(a)(4) non-discrimination testing
- Superior knowledge of 401(a)4 and controlled group testing; mergers and acquisitions experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management, organizational skills, and ability to multi-task
- Ability to proactively and independently manage a book of business
- Excellent organizational skills
