About this role
Makonis is seeking a Calypso Accounting SME/Business Analyst for a contract position. The role requires a strong accounting background and involves assisting with business requirements, testing, reporting, and business process redesign related to accounting processes for securities.
Responsibilities:
- Accounting background needs to be very strong – the business team will be part of the interview process, as the BA will need to engage with this team
- The resource to help assist with activities such as Business Requirements, Testing, Reporting and Business Process Redesign as it relates to Accounting processes for securities (such as FX , options , rates etc.)
- Hedge accounting module needs to be supported too
- B2B dynamic hedging
- SME also be required to configure rules, events, COAs, and exposure to a GL system
Requirements:
