JMD Technologies Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead client-side delivery for enterprise initiatives focused on AI, Automation, and Digital Workplace solutions. The Project Manager will oversee planning, governance, and cross-functional coordination while partnering with a third-party vendor responsible for implementation.
Responsibilities:
- Lead client-side delivery for WorkNEXT Chat AI and Co-Resolve initiatives
- Manage project lifecycle from proof of concept through production rollout using structured Project Management practices
- Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, dependencies, and readiness activities
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across Service Desk, Architecture, Security, Infrastructure, and Operations
- Track deliverables, risks, and dependencies through structured RAID management
- Ensure alignment with enterprise governance, security, and compliance standards
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in Project Management delivering enterprise technology initiatives
- PMP certification or comparable project management credential
- Strong experience with SAFe Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Experience delivering AI, Automation, Digital Workplace, or Service Management solutions
- Familiarity with AI-driven Service Desk or Conversational AI platforms
- Experience with ServiceNow and Microsoft Teams
