Joulé is seeking a Consumer Research Project Manager to lead the planning and execution of product research initiatives. The role involves managing testing programs, analyzing data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure research initiatives are completed on schedule.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end management of consumer product research initiatives, including planning, execution, and delivery of insights to stakeholders
- Design and recommend qualitative and quantitative consumer testing plans to evaluate product prototypes and predict consumer response
- Analyze research data and testing results to generate insights, identify gaps, and support product development decisions
- Develop and document technical measures and success criteria for prototype performance and consumer acceptance
- Coordinate with multifunctional teams and external partners to align priorities, manage expectations, and ensure project milestones are met
- Facilitate project meetings, track progress in project management tools, and communicate updates, risks, and action items to stakeholders
- Identify issues and risks during testing or project execution and drive resolution through root-cause analysis and mitigation planning
- Support process improvement by analyzing results data, identifying workflow gaps, and implementing more efficient research and reporting practices
Requirements:
- Experience in product or consumer research, including planning and analyzing qualitative and quantitative consumer testing
- Background in project management, initiative leadership, or work process ownership
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and coordinating with external vendors or partners
- Familiarity with product research and data management systems such as Nexus, Enovia, or Cispro
- Strong analytical ability with experience in results reporting, gap analysis, or research data interpretation
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Office 365
- Experience using project management tools such as Asana
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining organization and attention to detail
