Project Manager Level Three

KellyMitchell Group is seeking a Project Manager Level Three to join their team. This role involves leading programs for supply chain and manufacturing technology transformation initiatives and partnering with various teams to implement critical systems.

Responsibilities:

• Lead programs/program workstreams for supply chain and manufacturing technology transformation initiatives
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and 3rd party partners to plan and implement critical supply chain and manufacturing systems
• Facilitate integrated planning across multiple workstreams
• Perform dependency and critical-path management
• Manage change control disciplines such as: scope, timeline, budget, sequencing

Requirements:

• Prior experience supporting projects in warehouse, transportation, yard, labor, or manufacturing operations
• Experience working in product-led or hybrid agile environments
• Experience delivering programs with third-party software vendors or systems integrators
• Ability to navigate vendor led planning while maintaining enterprise governance
• Familiarity with facility operations (DCs, plants, fulfillment centers), even at a conceptual level
• Familiarity with SOW-driven delivery models and shared accountability
