Field Marketing Manager (remote)

EPS Learning is a leading K–12 supplemental literacy and math curriculum company, seeking a hands-on results-driven Field Marketing Manager. This role is responsible for shaping and executing the field marketing strategy, leading account-based initiatives, and partnering with Sales to generate demand within the K–12 education market.

Responsibilities:

• Rationalize, define, and develop account-based field marketing motions to support sales organization efforts, focusing on account-level penetration, particularly in underdeveloped regions
• Design, plan, and oversee ongoing EPS Learning field events and webinars that align with demand generation content strategies and drive lead engagement
• Continuously evaluate and refine field events and webinar programs to enhance their alignment with our demand marketing goals and ensure measurable impact
• Serve as Marketing partner to Sales, Content, and Marketing Operations teams to deliver cohesive, high-impact marketing campaigns and activities that support lead generation and sales conversion
• Manage the field marketing budget, ensuring cost efficiency while delivering high-quality experiences on behalf of EPS Learning
• Track, measure, and report on the ROI of field marketing activities, ensuring alignment with organizational goals

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field
• 5+ years of progressive experience in field marketing, demand generation, or account-based marketing
• Proven expertise in planning and executing events and webinars with measurable outcomes
• Strong understanding of ABM strategies and demand generation principles
• Exceptional project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and optimize strategies
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
• Proficiency with marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, or Salesforce) and webinar platforms
• Experience in the K-12 education market is a plus
