The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for outbound prospecting, engaging decision-makers, and booking meetings for the Account Executive team to contribute directly to revenue pipeline.
Responsibilities:
- Own outbound prospecting from start to finish — research, sequencing, outreach, and qualification
- Engage VP and C-level decision-makers via email, LinkedIn, and phone with sharp, personalized messaging
- Develop a deep understanding of target verticals and tailor your approach to each account
- Book high-quality meetings for Account Executives and contribute directly to revenue pipeline
- Partner with Sales and Marketing to refine messaging and optimize what's working
- Keep CRM records tight and use data to continuously sharpen your outreach
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of outbound sales or SDR experience (IoT, SaaS, or telecom a big plus)
- A hunter mentality — you're energized by prospecting, not intimidated by it
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; you know how to craft a message that gets a reply
- Comfort with ambiguity and a bias toward action in a fast-moving environment
- Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar
- Coachable, curious, and hungry to grow into a closing role
