Senior Business Analyst

ClearCorrect is a fast-growing, data-driven technology organization seeking a Senior Business Analyst to act as a strategic partner across various functions. The role involves translating complex business needs into structured requirements and driving measurable business impact through data-backed insights.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with stakeholders to understand business objectives, workflows, and performance gaps
• Elicit, document, and manage business and functional requirements
• Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and process documentation
• Maintain traceability between business objectives and delivered solutions
• Act as liaison between business teams and technical teams to ensure alignment
• Analyze operational, financial, and product data to identify trends and risks
• Build dashboards, KPIs, and executive-ready reports
• Conduct root cause analysis and scenario modeling
• Support forecasting, performance measurement, and resource optimization
• Present insights with clear, actionable recommendations
• Document current-state and future-state processes
• Identify inefficiencies and recommend workflow or automation improvements
• Support system implementations and cross-functional transformation initiatives
• Define success metrics and measure post-implementation impact
• Promote continuous improvement through data-driven practices
• Partner with Product Managers and Engineering on roadmap planning and prioritization
• Participate in backlog grooming, sprint planning, and release activities
• Validate solutions against business requirements
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning and execution
• Ensure effective integration between systems and reporting frameworks
• Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions
• Develop business cases and executive presentations
• Align cross-functional teams around shared objectives and metrics
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership

Requirements:

• 6–10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Strategy Analyst, or similar role
• Experience within SaaS, enterprise technology, or data-driven organizations
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets
• Proven experience writing detailed business requirements and specifications
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and SQL
• Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Looker, or Power BI)
• Familiarity with product analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel, Google Analytics)
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools
• Understanding of APIs, system integrations, and data models
• Experience working within Agile or hybrid delivery models
• Background supporting Product, Engineering, Finance, or Operations teams
• Exposure to AI-driven platforms or advanced analytics environments
• Experience with financial modeling or revenue forecasting
• Consulting or enterprise-scale implementation experience
