Project Manager (Remote)

Loyal Source Government Services is a workforce solutions provider focused on delivering elite services in various sectors. They are seeking a Remote Project Manager to oversee multiple security installation projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget while coordinating with security teams and subcontractors.

Responsibilities:

• Lead multi-site security installation projects from planning through closeout
• Manage schedules, budgets, and project documentation using a project management platform
• Oversee security installation teams and ensure quality, accountability, and timely execution
• Track financial performance, including forecasting, cost control, and change management
• Coordinate materials, vendors, and site readiness across multiple locations
• Provide regular updates to internal and client stakeholders
• Travel to project sites as needed for key milestones

Requirements:

• 5+ years managing large-scale access control and CCTV projects
• Proven ability to manage high-volume projects successfully
• Solid financial acumen and experience with project budgeting
• Proficiency with scheduling/project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet)
• Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
• Ability to travel up to 25% to projects (typically right when a project starts, in the middle, and if anything goes wrong throughout the process)
• Remote (East Coast preferred)
