They are seeking a Remote Project Manager to oversee multiple security installation projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget while coordinating with security teams and subcontractors.
Responsibilities:
- Lead multi-site security installation projects from planning through closeout
- Manage schedules, budgets, and project documentation using a project management platform
- Oversee security installation teams and ensure quality, accountability, and timely execution
- Track financial performance, including forecasting, cost control, and change management
- Coordinate materials, vendors, and site readiness across multiple locations
- Provide regular updates to internal and client stakeholders
- Travel to project sites as needed for key milestones
Requirements:
- 5+ years managing large-scale access control and CCTV projects
- Proven ability to manage high-volume projects successfully
- Solid financial acumen and experience with project budgeting
- Proficiency with scheduling/project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet)
- Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
- Ability to travel up to 25% to projects (typically right when a project starts, in the middle, and if anything goes wrong throughout the process)
- Remote (East Coast preferred)
