They are seeking a Business Development Manager to drive new client acquisition, manage prospecting campaigns, and ensure a seamless transition for new clients to the account management team.
Responsibilities:
- Own new client acquisition from first call to signed contract
- Build and run structured weekly prospecting campaigns (calls, email, meetings)
- Schedule and hold prospective client meetings per week
- Present qualified candidates to companies actively hiring for similar roles
- Seamlessly transition new clients to our account management team
- Track all activity in HubSpot CRM and report weekly on results
Requirements:
- Proven staffing industry experience in account management or business development
- Someone who can earn trust at the executive and C-suite level, not just get in the door
- Comfort with CRM tools and structured sales processes
- High energy, high urgency, and the kind of follow-through that makes clients notice
