CCS Global Tech is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to enhance their operational capabilities. The role involves monitoring and observability, development of CI/CD pipelines, and providing operational support while ensuring system performance and reliability.
Responsibilities:
- Monitoring & Observability : Hands-on experience with tools such as Dynatrace, Grafana, Kibana, Elasticsearch, CloudWatch, and PagerDuty
- CI/CD Pipeline : Development and sustainment of CI/CD pipelines, using tools such as Jenkins, Nexus, SonarQube, and Docker
- Containerization & Orchestration : Expertise in containerization and orchestration, particularly with Amazon EKS
- Cloud Platforms : Proficiency with cloud platforms, including AWS or Azure
- Operational Support : Provide operational and day-to-day administrative support, including troubleshooting, and support for change and problem management processes
- System Performance & Reliability : Knowledge and experience in system performance, scalability, and reliability engineering best practices
- Programming Languages : Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript
- Security Clearance : Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
Requirements:
- 3+ years in site reliability engineering or DevOps roles
- Hands-on experience with monitoring or observability tools
- Experience with CI/CD pipeline development and sustainment
- Practical knowledge of containerization, orchestration, and cloud platforms
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and 10+ years of experience in engineering; OR High School Diploma/GED and 18+ years of experience in engineering
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
