• Conduct comprehensive merchant account reviews, applying rigorous underwriting standards to assess financial health and compliance risks
• Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies that balance business growth with regulatory compliance and fraud prevention
• Analyze complex financial statements, processing statistics, and merchant documentation to make informed onboarding decisions
• Collaborate across teams to streamline merchant onboarding, chargeback management, and operational processes

• Investigate and resolve complex merchant account issues, ensuring exceptional customer experience and minimal financial exposure
