Senior Program Manager with ServiceNow (Primarily Remote)

Phaxis is seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead a ServiceNow upgrade program for a leading financial company. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and skilled in managing complex programs while ensuring clear communication across all stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the ServiceNow upgrade program, ensuring timely execution and alignment with business goals
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans to track program progress
• Create and manage RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) logs to identify and mitigate potential challenges
• Facilitate status meetings, working groups, and other program forums to ensure alignment across teams
• Ensure consistent, clear, and timely communication with stakeholders at all levels
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful upgrade delivery

Requirements:

• Proficient in ServiceNow, with experience managing upgrades or major implementations
• Proven experience in program execution and project management
• Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills
• Experience facilitating meetings, working groups, and cross-team collaboration
• Ability to work effectively in a primarily remote environment
