They are seeking a Technical Support Engineer responsible for providing exceptional technical assistance to clients, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring all support tickets are resolved effectively and in a timely manner.

Requirements:
- Proficiency in Technical Support and Troubleshooting to resolve technical and software issues effectively
- Strong Analytical Skills to identify, evaluate, and solve complex problems
- Experience in Customer Support and providing exceptional Customer Service to ensure client satisfaction
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining effective communication with team members
- Experience with common software tools and platforms; familiarity with IT support systems is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Prior experience in a remote support role or virtual environment
