Salem Media Group is seeking a high-energy, digitally savvy Brand Partnership Manager to drive new business growth across their influencer and content creator portfolio. The role focuses on developing new revenue through strategic partnerships and integrated influencer campaigns for national brands and agencies.
Responsibilities:
- Develop new revenue by prospecting and opening doors with national brands, DTC companies, startups, and agencies
- Monetize creators through strategic, integrated influencer campaigns spanning social, podcast, paid amplification, and digital distribution
- Develop insight-led, ROI-focused proposals that translate audience engagement and performance data into measurable results
- Exceed new revenue budget each month
Requirements:
- 3–7+ years in influencer, digital media, paid social, podcast, or agency sales with a proven track record of closing new brand partnerships
- Existing lifestyle brand and/or agency relationships with the ability to open doors quickly
- Deep understanding of creator monetization, branded content, paid amplification, and performance-driven digital campaigns
- Strategic, consultative seller who builds integrated campaigns (not just sells inventory) and thrives in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment
- Ideal background: influencer agency, paid social, digital media, podcast network, or talent agency
