Full Stack Engineer

Fluencify.io is a company focused on revolutionizing creator marketing by building a platform that streamlines campaign management for brands and creators. They are seeking a strong full-stack engineer to take ownership of their web platform, working on everything from the UI to the infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

• Own the full stack — React frontend, Convex backend, infrastructure, and everything in between
• Build features that brands and creators interact with every day
• Architect systems that are reliable at scale without being over-engineered
• Integrate and maintain the services that power payments, auth, storage, and email
• Improve the tools and workflows that make the team faster

Requirements:

• 3+ years shipping full-stack products in production
• Strong TypeScript and React fundamentals
• Comfort owning systems end-to-end: design, build, deploy, iterate
• Good product intuition — you think about users, not just code
• Experience with serverless backends and real-time data is a plus
