LTVplus is a remote-first company focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences for brands globally. They are seeking a Customer Service Agent to handle inquiries, manage refund requests, and troubleshoot customer concerns efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries through Zendesk and email
- Manage refund requests, address corrections, and dispute resolutions between buyers and sellers
- Communicate with carriers and vendors to resolve delivery or payment issues
- Prioritize and process tickets efficiently, maintaining accuracy and professionalism
- Troubleshoot customer concerns and provide clear, timely updates on resolutions
Requirements:
- Atleast 6 months of experience in BPO
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent customer service
- Can work with minimal supervision
- has a good work etiquette and no reliability issues
- Software/platforms required: Zendesk
