Senior Product Education & Video Marketer

Retell AI is a rapidly growing startup focused on transforming call centers with innovative voice AI technology. The Senior Product Education & Video Marketer will be responsible for enhancing user understanding and adoption of Retell's features through effective education systems and content creation.

Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end feature launches — from early product context to GA
• Translate complex technical capabilities into clear, compelling user value
• Build and evolve Retell’s product education system (docs, guides, videos, in-product education)
• Partner closely with PMs, engineers, and designers from PRD → launch
• Be the voice of the user — identify confusion, friction, and adoption gaps
• Create high-quality, hands-on content that users actually want to read/watch
• Drive clarity, consistency, and opinionated education across all surfaces
• Raise the bar for how technical AI products are taught and understood
• Partner with Design, Growth, and Content teams to bring your vision to life and ship high-impact work
