Amazon is seeking a Design Director to focus on one of Amazon’s newest offerings: Haul. You will be responsible for creating and sustaining design direction for Haul and guiding a team of designers to develop impactful work that delights our customers across all channels.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee design direction for Haul programs across email, site, push, paid, social and homepage
- Mentor and develop designers through design reviews and cultivate a culture of continuous learning, improvement and self-sufficiency
- Identify opportunities to incorporate emerging marketing trends and GenAI innovations into the creative strategy and execution
- Lead ideation sessions and design reviews
- Proactively solve problems on behalf of the team, seeking clarification when faced with ambiguity and escalating as necessary
- Communicate with key stakeholders internally and externally in a spirit of collaboration, building strong relationships, and articulating complex issues/problems effectively
