They are seeking a Director, HR Business Partner to support global functions including Technology & Engineering, Strategy, and Marketing, partnering with C-suite leaders to develop a unified talent and organizational strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Partner closely with TEIS, Strategy, and Marketing leaders to understand their goals, operating models, and talent needs
- Provide thought leadership on organizational effectiveness, structural changes, and ways of working that improve agility and performance
- Translate enterprise strategy into actionable people and capability roadmaps aligned to each function’s unique priorities
- Assess current and future skills across Technology, Data, Digital, Strategy, and Marketing
- Shape buy/build/borrow strategies to strengthen capability pipelines globally
- Lead succession planning, leadership readiness, and strategic workforce planning across these functions
- Champion engagement by cultivating a culture where employees feel connected, supported, and empowered
- Drive key development programs — from stretch assignments and coaching to mentoring and leadership training
- Promote mobility, career progression, and an inclusive employee experience
- Serve as a trusted advisor and coach for senior leaders and teams navigating complex challenges
- Lead change initiatives across technology, strategic enablement, and marketing — ensuring alignment, adoption, and readiness at scale
- Support leaders in building resilient, high‑performing teams that thrive in fast‑paced environments
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Several years of progressive HRBP experience, ideally across Tech, IT, Digital, Strategy, or Marketing
- Strong track record partnering with C-suite leaders and shaping cross-functional programs in global organizations
- Deep experience in organization design, workforce planning, talent management, and change leadership
- Ability to collaborate across cultures, manage competing priorities, and operate with agility in fast-paced environments
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build trusting partnerships at every level
- Analytical rigor and the ability to translate data into insights and action
