STAFFXPERT LLC is seeking a Workday Business Analyst on behalf of our client in a fully remote capacity. This role will support key internal initiatives related to Workday Procurement and Supplier Connections, requiring strong experience with Workday implementations and excellent project planning and analytical skills.
Responsibilities:
- Support Workday Procurement initiatives, including Supplier Onboarding and Supplier Connections
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into functional specifications
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to support Workday implementations and enhancements
- Assist in project planning, timeline development, and milestone tracking to ensure project deadlines are met
- Create and manage test strategies, test scripts, and test cases for system and user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Coordinate testing activities, monitor progress, and report on results to project stakeholders
- Utilize Smartsheet or similar tools to manage project tracking, testing workflows, and reporting
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables
Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a large enterprise environment
- Strong experience with Workday, including implementations and testing coordination
- Hands-on experience with Workday Procurement and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes
- Experience working with Supplier Onboarding and Supplier Connections within Workday
- Proven ability to create, manage, and track test scripts and testing cycles
- Strong project management, analytical, and stakeholder communication skills
- Experience using Smartsheet or similar project/test management tools
- Experience working in the technology or media industry
- Experience establishing or managing Smartsheet frameworks within a PMO environment
