Responsibilities:
- Manage the delivery and launch of innovative ad technologies, ensuring aggressive timelines are met
- Partner with cross-functional teams for the testing of new ad offerings and strategy development
- Support the sales team with advertiser onboarding, campaign setup, and resolving technical issues
- Document user feedback and sales readiness for alpha and beta products, addressing product readiness gaps
- Develop and standardize new program processes to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness
Requirements:
- Project Management (Expert)
- A/B Testing (Expert)
- Ad Products (Troubleshooting-Expert)
- New AD product rollout (Advanced)
- Data Analysis (Intermediate)
- Solid project management skills with experience in similar platforms (e.g., Social Media, Online Retail)
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate and influence cross-functional teams with data-driven insights
- Proficient in troubleshooting ad products and developing, updating operational processes to drive efficiency
- Preferably in Social Media platforms such as Meta, TikTok, or in the Online Retail domain
