Full Stack Software Engineer 5, Studio Orchestration Platform

Netflix is a leading entertainment company focused on pushing the boundaries of storytelling through innovative technology. They are seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer to evolve the Studio Orchestrator platform, enhancing its capabilities and integrating it with tools used in live action, animation, and visual effects domains.

Responsibilities:

• Evolve the Studio Orchestrator platform to better serve content production partners
• Extend the capabilities of the platform and integrate it into tools in the live action, animation, and visual effects domains
• Work with artist content creation tools such as Maya and Nuke as well as asset management systems and various data storage platforms

Requirements:

• Have recent proficient experience with Python and another language, preferably Java
• Proficient with gRPC, GraphQL, or RESTful API design and implementation
• Working experience with RDBMS and messaging systems such as Kafka
• Working experience with modern frontend frameworks, especially React, and strong in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS
• Familiarity with the professional content production industry (VFX, animation) is a plus
