Project Manager With Epic Implementation (W2 Only)

Apptad is seeking a Project Manager to oversee design Sprint Sessions for their Epic implementation. The role involves collaborating with IT cross-functional teams to ensure the completion of design sprints for Third Party Applications, with a focus on finalizing designs for subsequent build activities.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the design Sprint Sessions for Epic implementation
• Collaborate with IT cross-functional teams to ensure design sprints for Third Party Applications are completed
• Schedule design sessions to accommodate availability of Vendors and Customer participants
• Work with the design engineering team to ascertain necessary Client’s resources, including those from infrastructure and cybersecurity
• Finalize a design that enables the commencement of build activities on the day immediately following the final session

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in project management within the healthcare industry
• Extensive knowledge of technical design
• Proven experience managing complex projects involving Epic EHR and third-party application integrations
• Strong understanding of healthcare IT standards, regulations, and best practices
• Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in project management software and tools
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification
