A. Stucki Company is a leader in the rail industry, focusing on innovation and engineering excellence. They are seeking a highly organized Project Manager to support their Customer Success organization by documenting workflows, mapping processes, and identifying improvement opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with Customer Success leadership and team members to document current-state processes and workflows
- Develop clear process maps, SOPs, and documentation for key Customer Success functions
- Identify inefficiencies, gaps, and opportunities for process improvement
- Lead and coordinate process improvement initiatives from discovery through implementation
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between Customer Success, Sales, IT, and Operations
- Analyze how Salesforce and SAP workflows interact with Customer Success processes
- Help design and implement more efficient system and process workflows
- Track project milestones, timelines, and deliverables to ensure progress and accountability
- Provide recommendations to leadership on operational best practices and scalability
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Project Management, Customer Success, or Sales Operations
- Experience documenting business processes, workflows, and SOPs
- Strong familiarity with Salesforce
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with business and technical teams
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Experience working with SAP strongly preferred
