Full-Stack Software Engineer

GovWell is a company focused on transforming how governments serve communities through AI-powered solutions. They are seeking a Full-Stack Software Engineer to build their core platform, working across the stack to enhance government services and improve resident access to these services.

Responsibilities:

• Build, test, and ship full-stack features across GovWell’s platform — from intuitive resident-facing interfaces to scalable backend services that power government workflows
• Collaborate closely with the teammates to translate customer needs into usable, high-impact product functionality
• Take ownership of product areas end-to-end, ensuring features are reliable, maintainable, and performant in real-world government environments
• Contribute to technical design discussions, code reviews, and best practices that strengthen the team’s engineering culture and velocity
• Use customer feedback and product data to iterate quickly, improving both resident experiences and government efficiency
