Analytics Engineer

The Analytics Engineer will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining the analytics layer of the data environment, collaborating with stakeholders to create data models and optimize data processes for effective decision-making.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain the analytics layer of the data environment, ensuring standardized and accessible data across the organization
• Collaborate with stakeholders to create data models and optimize data processes for effective decision-making and strategic business support
• Analyze complex data sets, develop ETL pipelines, and refine data models to improve performance and reduce costs within the Data Warehouse environment

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative or technical field or equivalent experience
• 4 to 6 year's experience in a data centric role using SQL
• Experience with data design and development data modeling, data warehousing, and building ETL pipelines. (e.g., Snowflake and DBT.)
• Familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
• Strong business acumen with the ability to think strategically and work independently
• Knowledge of cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their data-related offerings
• Experience working in a version control system like Git
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Bonus if you have experience building Apps in StreamLit
