They are seeking a Senior Manager, Digital Marketing & Growth to lead the digital strategy, execution, and optimization of the company's multi-brand digital ecosystem, focusing on measurable revenue growth and brand visibility across healthcare segments.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a digital marketing strategy aligned with business objectives
- Drive consolidation and optimization of multi-brand websites and e-commerce platforms into a scalable, high-performing digital ecosystem
- Establish and maintain digital architecture supporting SEO, AI search readiness, conversion optimization, and long-term organic and paid growth
- Own CMS and website performance, UX/CRO, and user journey optimization across all digital properties
- Manage external web development and hosting partners while retaining internal strategic ownership
- Optimize product structures, checkout flows, and user journeys across e-commerce platforms
- Architect, implement, and scale HubSpot marketing automation and CRM integration in partnership with the VP, Strategic Marketing
- Design and optimize lifecycle stages, lead scoring, segmentation, and workflow automation aligned with sales processes and revenue goals
- Own reporting dashboards and funnel performance visibility, ensuring clear measurement of campaign effectiveness and pipeline contribution
- Maintain long-term governance and continuous optimization of marketing automation infrastructure
- Develop and execute integrated demand generation strategies across paid and organic channels, including search, LinkedIn, Google, Meta, and other relevant platforms
- Lead SEO strategy, keyword architecture, and technical optimization to drive sustainable organic visibility and qualified traffic growth
- Implement and scale AI-enabled content development and performance optimization initiatives
- Optimize campaign performance, budget allocation, and channel mix to maximize marketing-influenced pipeline and ROI
- Partner with Segment Marketing to align digital demand programs with buyer journeys, account priorities, and growth objectives
- Manage and evaluate performance and SEO agencies to ensure measurable business outcomes
- Own GA4, tracking architecture, attribution modeling, and digital performance dashboards
- Define KPIs aligned to revenue and pipeline growth in partnership with the VP, Strategic Marketing
- Deliver executive-level reporting and actionable insights to inform strategic decision-making
- Establish measurement standards and governance across digital channels to ensure data integrity and performance transparency
- Manage external agencies, contractors, and digital vendors, defining scope, deliverables, and performance expectations
- Evaluate, recommend, and implement new marketing technologies and tools to support scalable growth
Requirements:
- Strong strategic and technical expertise across digital marketing, growth, and multi-site ecosystems
- Hands-on experience optimizing HubSpot marketing automation, including lifecycle stages, lead scoring, and CRM integration
- Advanced knowledge of CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) and website governance in complex, multi-brand environments
- Deep understanding of SEO, search visibility, AI-enabled optimization, and content architecture
- Strong command of GA4, attribution modeling, paid media advertising, and performance analytics
- Proven ability to manage agencies, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders
- Analytical mindset with strong project management and prioritization skills
- Ability to operate independently and drive initiatives in a fast-paced, evolving organization
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- 7–10+ years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or e-commerce leadership roles
- Demonstrated experience leading digital transformation initiatives (e.g., website consolidation, CMS migrations, MarTech implementation)
- Proven success managing multi-channel demand generation programs with accountability for pipeline and performance metrics
- Experience aligning marketing automation with sales processes and revenue objectives
- Experience in healthcare, medical devices, life sciences, manufacturing, or similarly regulated B2B/B2B2C industries
- Experience marketing to OEMs, hospital systems, or enterprise healthcare customers
- Experience integrating marketing systems within complex commercial organizations
- Relevant certifications (Google Analytics, Google Ads, HubSpot, SEO) preferred
- Experience with e-commerce platforms (WooCommerce, Shopify, or similar)
- Familiarity with AI-driven marketing tools and automation platforms
- Understanding of data privacy, compliance, and digital governance standards
