The Senior Quality Analyst Business Systems role involves collaborating with stakeholders to translate business goals into technical specifications, participating in project planning, and ensuring data quality and compliance across the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define business goals and translate them into detailed technical specifications for applications and data enhancements
- Participate in full-cycle project planning, including defining milestones and resource needs, while tracking task execution to ensure timely delivery
- Scrutinize data sets for trends and develop robust monitoring queries and SOPs to ensure high standards of accuracy and quality
- Monitor data quality initiatives across the organization to ensure all outputs align with established standards and Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Compile statistical reports and present actionable insights and project updates to internal and external partners through clear, multi-channel communication
Requirements:
- High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required
- 3–5 years of experience in data management, modeling, and warehousing, featuring intermediate to advanced proficiency in writing SQL queries to manage complex ETL processes and large datasets, experience working with BigQuery and Python
- 1–3 years of experience gathering and documenting business requirements, translating user stories into technical solutions that consistently meet or exceed customer expectations
- Proven track record in project management and the delivery of technical initiatives using Agile and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies
