CadRemit is a financial services company seeking a CRM & Lifecycle Marketing Manager to own the entire customer lifecycle from onboarding to activation, retention, and re-engagement. The role focuses on designing and optimizing CRM campaigns while collaborating with various teams to align lifecycle initiatives with business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end customer journey: onboarding, activation, engagement, retention, and reactivation
- Design, execute, and optimize CRM campaigns across email, push notifications, SMS, and in-app messaging
- Segment users based on behavior, demographics, and wallet activity to deliver personalized and relevant messaging
- Analyze user behavior and lifecycle metrics to identify drop-offs and friction points
- Run A/B tests and experimentation on messaging, timing, and campaign flows to improve retention and repeat transactions
- Collaborate with Product, Growth, and Data teams to align lifecycle initiatives with business objectives
- Ensure all campaigns comply with regulatory requirements, financial promotion guidelines, and data privacy standards
- Develop strategies to increase wallet funding, transaction frequency, and long-term engagement
Requirements:
- Proven experience owning the end-to-end customer journey, including onboarding, activation, engagement, retention, and reactivation
- Strong experience designing, executing, and optimizing CRM campaigns across email, push notifications, SMS, and in-app messaging
- Ability to segment users based on behavior, demographics, and wallet activity to deliver personalized, relevant messaging
- Skilled in analyzing user behavior and lifecycle metrics to identify drop-offs and friction points
- Experience running A/B tests and experimentation on messaging, timing, and campaign flows to improve retention and repeat transactions
- Collaborative mindset to work with Product, Growth, and Data teams to align lifecycle initiatives with business objectives
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements, financial promotion guidelines, and data privacy standards to ensure campaign compliance
- Ability to develop strategies to increase wallet funding, transaction frequency, and long-term engagement
- Experience in cross-border payments or remittance services
- Experience marketing to diaspora communities
- Experience with pre-funded wallet models or stored-value products
- Strong copywriting skills for trust-sensitive financial messaging
