Senior Enterprise Application Engineer North America (m/f/d)

SimScale is an engineering simulation platform that is revolutionizing the way engineers, designers, scientists, and architects design products. As a Senior Enterprise Application Engineer, you will build trusted relationships with prospective enterprise customers and drive Application Engineering and AI adoption across North America, while designing impactful product demonstrations and simulation strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver impactful product demonstrations, simulation strategies, and solutions that clearly showcase the value of SimScale
• Collaborate across teams to develop webinars and workshops tailored to highlight the platform’s benefits for specific industry segments
• Work closely with Product Management to align product development with high-value opportunities—ensuring customer success while supporting SimScale’s long-term growth

Requirements:

• 8+ years in sales, application engineering, customer service, or other customer-facing roles within an engineering company
• Engineering degree or higher, ideally with specialization in CFD, FEA, or EM
• Professional experience with CAD/CAE software and implementing solutions involving AI
• Proven experience demonstrating simulation, PLM, or ERP software to technical experts, management, and executives
• Skilled and persuasive communicator, able to engage diverse audiences, build trust, and drive alignment
• Entrepreneurial, results-driven mindset with strong ownership, urgency, and accountability
• Collaborative and flexible team player with a big-picture perspective and cross-functional approach
