CadRemit is a company in the Financial Services industry, and they are seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to manage and optimize paid acquisition channels. The role involves scaling user acquisition, optimizing the conversion funnel, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize paid acquisition channels including Google Ads, Meta Platforms advertising platforms, and TikTok to drive user growth
- Scale user acquisition while maintaining target Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and Lifetime Value (LTV) ratios
- Optimize the full conversion funnel from ad engagement â landing page â onboarding â funded wallet to improve activation and funding rates
- Plan and execute A/B tests across ad creatives, landing pages, and campaign messaging to improve performance metrics
- Monitor campaign performance using attribution and analytics tools such as Google Analytics 4 and AppsFlyer
- Develop and manage targeting campaigns and lifecycle paid marketing initiatives to re-engage users and drive conversions
- Collaborate closely with Product and Compliance teams to ensure all campaigns align with regulatory requirements and internal policies
- Ensure all marketing communications maintain clear, transparent, and compliant financial messaging, avoiding misleading claims or non-compliant promotions
Requirements:
- 2–6+ years of experience in performance or growth marketing, preferably within fin tech or financial services
- Demonstrated experience managing and scaling paid acquisition budgets of $20K+ per month across major advertising platforms
- Strong understanding of marketing attribution models and conversion funnel analytics to optimize campaign performance
- Proven experience marketing regulated financial products such as payments, remittance, or fin tech services
- Ability to work effectively within compliance and regulatory review processes for marketing campaigns
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns for CAC, LTV, and conversion rates
- Deep understanding of diaspora markets or cross-border remittance ecosystems is considered a strong advantage
- Experience in remittance, FX, crypto, or digital payments marketing environments
- Experience targeting or marketing to the Nigerian diaspora market
- Familiarity with financial promotion compliance regulations in the United States and Canada
- Experience optimizing pre-funded wallet or stored-value financial products
