Vice President of Finance

Tract Capital Management is a company focused on digital infrastructure investment, leveraging decades of experience to support the growth of leading-edge enterprises in the sector. The Vice President of Finance will oversee financial strategy, reporting, and analysis, ensuring accurate financial reporting and strong internal controls to support various business activities.

Responsibilities:

• Lead long term financial planning, forecasting, and ad hoc analysis across closed ended real estate funds
• Develop financial models and performance metrics to support decision-making
• Build and scale finance processes and systems appropriate for a growing real estate platform
• Partner with investment and development teams to support acquisitions, underwriting, dispositions, development budgets, and capital planning
• Partner with IR on long term cash flow management, capital calls, distributions, and liquidity planning
• Support capital markets activities, including financings, refinancings, and investor reporting
• Manage relationships with lenders, investors, auditors, and external advisors
