Vice President of Finance

Tract Capital Management is focused on digital infrastructure investment, leveraging decades of experience to nurture leading-edge enterprises. The Vice President of Finance will oversee financial strategy and reporting, ensuring accurate financial analysis to support various activities including acquisitions and capital markets.

Responsibilities:

• Lead long term financial planning, forecasting, and ad hoc analysis across closed ended real estate funds
• Develop financial models and performance metrics to support decision-making
• Build and scale finance processes and systems appropriate for a growing real estate platform
• Partner with investment and development teams to support acquisitions, underwriting, dispositions, development budgets, and capital planning
• Partner with IR on long term cash flow management, capital calls, distributions, and liquidity planning
• Support capital markets activities, including financings, refinancings, and investor reporting
• Manage relationships with lenders, investors, auditors, and external advisors
