RemoteHunter is seeking a Senior Manager in Revenue Operations to serve as a strategic partner to Sales leadership. This role focuses on analytical insight generation and execution rigor to ensure effective revenue operations, translating strategy into measurable execution and identifying risks proactively.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the analytical and operational thought partner to assigned Sales RVP(s), participating in weekly forecast calls, monthly business reviews, and quarterly planning and retrospectives
- Ensure Sales leadership operates with shared definitions, trusted data, and standardized inspection frameworks
- Translate executive Revenue Operations priorities into clear, actionable guidance for Sales leaders
- Own pipeline health analysis for assigned segments, including coverage ratios, stage velocity, aging and slippage, and conversion decay
- Enforce standardized pipeline definitions and qualification criteria
- Implement and maintain early-warning indicators to surface risk ahead of forecast misses
- Partner with Sales RVPs to shift from reactive forecast adjustments to proactive pipeline management
- Deliver clear, decision-oriented analysis regarding pipeline quality, new account acquisition efficiency, average order value trends, win rates, and sales cycle lengths
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports that are actionable, consistent, and aligned to core RevOps system metrics
- Analyze new account acquisition performance by segment, channel, and go-to-market motion
- Partner with Sales and Marketing Operations to improve ICP fit, routing efficiency, and conversion effectiveness
- Support optimization of LTV:CAC as a core system health metric
- Provide Sales leaders with visibility into how field execution impacts long-term unit economics
- Reinforce standardized operating cadences and inspection rhythms
- Identify sources of friction across processes, tools, and data; recommend simplifications to increase execution velocity
- Serve as a role model for disciplined operational excellence and execution rigor
- Contribute to long-term capacity modeling and scenario planning
- Participate in cross-functional GTM alignment initiatives
- Assume ownership of broader RevOps initiatives beyond assigned RVPs over time
- Develop skills required to lead teams, design systems, and operate effectively at the executive level
